Setup the Apple iPad Kiosk

Install our app from the App Store

From the iPad, open the App Store using the icon. In the upper right there is a search box.
Type "Check In Systems" and click search. Choose the system you need like Medical, CQueue, VA, DSS or Probation Check In

Configure the App

Go to the Settings app on the iPad. Scroll down the left list of applications until you find the app you installed. On the right, Enter your System ID and your given password

Run the App

When you run the app, you will need to update the config. Type "UPDATE" for the name and touch Enter. This will connect to the server and download your configuration, buttons and choices.


Setup a Touch Screen PC as a Kiosk

Using a PC will require opening Internet Explorer in kiosk mode. You will need to make a shortcut, preferably on the desktop. Use the following command as the target including the quotes;

"c:\program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe" -k "https://www.cqueue.com/login/pc"

After you run the shortcut you will be asked to enter your system id and password. These will be remembered for future use of the shortcut.


Log in to back end interface

The back end allows your business to monitor, acknowledge and check out the visitors. It will time stamp the different stages as you click them. You also configure the touch screens via the backend interface.
